The data sets generated by high throughput sequencing were screened and analyzed from GEO database (Accession: GSE33507) ^[15]. Here, only those genes (257 in all) integrated in our database were collected. This analysis would help us assess expression level of tomato transcriptome and aid whole genome annotation.
