The data sets generated by high throughput sequencing were screened and analyzed from SRA database (Accession: SRA065786) ^[11]. Here, only those genes (91 in all) integrated in our database were collected. This analysis would extend our understanding of the molecular mechanism underlying strawberry fruit set and early fruit development.
