The data sets generated by array were screened and analyzed from GEO database (Accession: GSE38521) ^[7]. Here, only those genes (10 in all) harbored in our database were collected. This analysis would extend our understanding of the changes in gene expression between the mature green fruit and mature yellow fruit ripening stages in Ananas comosus (pineapple).
